By using Firstaid you agree not to do any of the following:

Health & safety misuse

• Don't treat Firstaid as a diagnosis, prescription, or a substitute for emergency services.
• Don't rely on Firstaid in a life-threatening emergency instead of calling for help.
• Don't direct a minor to perform first aid alone — a parent or guardian must be involved.

Commercial & content misuse

• Don't impersonate Firstaid, a clinician, or any official body.
• Don't use Firstaid to sell or promote medical devices, medicines, or to claim any product 'treats' or 'cures' a condition.
• Don't claim Firstaid content as certified or accredited training.
• Don't resell, scrape, or bulk-extract the service without permission.

General misuse

• Don't use the service unlawfully or to harm others.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. If you see misuse, tell us.
