Firstaid is operated by SAFETY & MEDICAL MANUFACTURERS LIMITED (NZ Companies Office No. 1149114, NZBN 9429036843473), registered at Venter & Hull, Suite 16 Wicksteed Terrace, 225 Wicksteed Street, Wanganui, New Zealand.

2. The service

Firstaid provides general, educational first-aid information, including a triage chat and downloadable first-aid manuals and cards. It is information only — see our Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use paid features. Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't misuse the service, don't rely on it for emergencies, and don't use it in any unlawful way.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in USD. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by our Subscription Terms and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Firstaid name, content, and design are owned by SAFETY & MEDICAL MANUFACTURERS LIMITED or its licensors. You may use generated manuals and cards for your own personal, non-commercial preparedness.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.

8. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be notified, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction.
