Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan online at any time from your account — it's as easy as signing up. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for; it simply won't renew.

Refunds

• Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains available to you.
• Unused generation credits within a period are not refunded.
• If an emergency meant you couldn't cancel in time before a renewal, that renewal is not automatically refundable — but contact us and we'll review it fairly.

Problems & exceptions

If you were charged in error, or the service failed materially, email support@safetymedicalmfg.com and we'll make it right. Nothing here limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.

Free plan

The Aware plan is free and requires no card, so there's nothing to cancel or refund.
