Recurring billing

Paid plans (Pro and Family) are subscriptions billed in USD. You choose monthly or yearly billing. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and cadence until you cancel.

Up-front disclosure & consent

Before you pay, we show you the exact amount, the billing frequency, the next renewal date, and how to cancel. You confirm your agreement to recurring billing with a clear, separate checkbox — we never pre-tick it for you.

Renewal reminders

For yearly plans, we send a reminder before each automatic renewal so there are no surprises.

Cancelling

Cancel online anytime from your account. Cancellation is as easy as sign-up; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for what happens to the current period and unused credits.

Price changes

If we change subscription prices, we'll give you advance notice, and changes only apply from your next renewal — never mid-period.

On your statement

Charges appear on your card statement as “FIRSTAID GUIDE”. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
